The job roles are (1) to assist the Construction Manager and other senior leaders, engineers at the construction site in all administrative aspects such as daily office duties, procurement, reception, petty cash control, bookkeeping, travel and hotel/accomodation arrangment, secretarial services, translation and interpretation services, meetings and visits arrangement, documentation control, office machines control, office hygiene management; (2) to develop the periodical reports relating to the construction sites as required by authorities/internal regulations or upon request of senior leaders, engineers; and (3) to supervise the office helper’s work.
Oversees all office administrative concerns.
Plays the role of an assistant to the Construction Manager and other managers at site office.
Handles hotel and travel bookings.
Handles all concerns of the Mong Duong Team.
Handles petty cash funds.
Double checks all administrative payment requests.
Handles purchasing for office equipments.
Maintains office equipment.
Handles clerical and secretarial functions and provides translation/interpretation services
Plan and implement office systems, lay out and equipment procurement
Maintain and replenish inventory.
Verify receipt of supply.
Act as a back up for IT related concerns.
Assist and Coordinates with HR materials / Supplies needed for newly hires.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Minimum a diploma or equivalent.
A mature person who is discreet, pleasant, loyalty, support minded, energetic and enthusiastic with a strong command of English in both written and oral.
Good team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to handle independently on multi-tasks with minimum supervision.
Meticulous and excellent organizing skill with an eye for details.
Proficient in MS Office.
At least three years of related working experience is preferred.
Experience in purchasing, administration.
